About the Event
Please Register to book on and join us for coffee and chatter, focusing on books written by disabled and neurodivergent authors or with representation of disability. These can be fictional, non-fictional, biographic, historic, audio, medical, self help or historic. Basically whatever you fancy! Everyone shares which book they are going to read and some may decide to do the same one so they can discuss together. Each read at their own pace, there is no pressure. If you miss a week it doesn't matter.
You will be given a list to choose from but you may select outside this too.
Each member gives an overview and their thoughts on their book to the group at the meeting. Each reader rates their book and provides a brief review for the charity website. This way we will help our other HiD members and website visitors with helpful insight into our recommended reading section.
